Nobody Makes a Pie Like We Do

Every morning, we begin making the dough for our famous crust. We use carefully gauged water — at exactly 89 degrees. After all the ingredients are added — we mix it for exactly 13 minutes and 15 seconds. After mixing, we immediately form it into individual dough balls. From there it goes into our cooler to "proof". When they are just right, we prep each dough ball for use — one of them will be for your pizza!
Is all that a lot of work? Of course, but our customers absolutely rave about our crust - so, we didn't want to let them down.

Only the finest, juiciest tomatoes make it into our sauce. And, since tomatoes love sunshine — they get plenty of it. Our tomatoes are picked in none other than the golden state of California.
Once those tomatoes are blended into a rich sauce, we add 8 different seasonings, over 2 pounds in all. Our mouths water just thinking about it!
